When you register on AuthXpress, we collect your name, email address, institution, department, ORCID iD and any other profile details you choose to provide.
We use your information to manage manuscript submissions, communicate editorial decisions and send status updates. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Each journal maintains separate user records. Your registration with one journal is stored independently from registrations with other journals in the AuthXpress network.
Your data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
We support optional sign-in through ORCID and Google OAuth. Those providers maintain their own privacy policies, and we receive only the profile information required to connect your account.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We process account deletion requests within 30 days.
